Glen Way, which runs from Fort William to Inverness, and is the ideal base to
spend time exploring the area. The Holt, situated in the heart of
Fort Augustus, on the Great Glen Way and only a short walk from Loch Ness,
offers a warm and friendly atmosphere and is in a wonderful location for
visiting the Rare Breeds Croft, the Caledonian Visitor Centre, the
various restaurants, bars, shops, taking a boat trip on Loch Ness (in the
hope of catching a glimpse of Nessie) or just enjoying the magnificent
scenery. Why not come and
